I was very happy working with Stage a Star to stage an investment property. I had my vacant house on the market prior to using Stage A Star and my feedback was that the house was nice but overpriced. After staging the house, my realtor updated our photos showing the house staged. My showings increased as well as the positive feedback. I don't think its coincidence that I received a contract on my house less than a month after the house was staged! I sold my house in a "down market" in 2 1/2 months without one price reduction! It would have probably quicker than that if I didn't wait to stage the house. Next time I'm staging the house before I list it for sale!
