With nearly twenty years experience in capturing beautiful images for weddings and portraits for family and friends, Jenny now specializes in real estate photography. Jenny understands the importance of high quality photos needed for the internet (MLS) and print advertising in newspapers, magazines, and marketing flyers. Every image is expertly photographed and prepared using a variety of tools such as Photoshop to ensure beautiful pictures that make a lasting impression.
A former Public Relations Director for several area educational institutions, a great deal of her time was spent photographing images for marketing and publication purposes. Such experience has given her a true “eye” for capturing photographs that attract the attention of the reader. With this in mind, real estate photography became a perfect fit, as Jenny continues to provide only the best for her clients.
Pricing Information
*Includes approximately one hour of on-location photography for homes up to 3,500 sq. ft.
*All images purchased will be accessible through Jenny’s flickr account. This will allow you to download your images in whatever sizes you need. Please refer to account for sample image sizes. By choosing to download the images via Jenny’s flickr account, you save time and money. The turn around time is 24-30 hours from time of photo shoot.
Digital Photo Packages:
Standard: $70 (10-14 Guaranteed, Professional Grade Photos)
Deluxe: $85 (15-20 Guaranteed, Professional Grade Photos)
Five-Star: $100 (21-30 Guaranteed, Professional Grade Photos)
Homes between 3,000-3,500 sq. ft. are automatically considered a Five-Star. Any project beyond 3,500 sq. ft., please call for a quote.
Travel
The prices above are inclusive of travel within a 30-mile radius of my home in Liberty Township, OH (Butler County). Properties in Butler, Warren & Hamilton Counties outside this radius will incur an additional travel fee of $10. Homes in Clermont County or Northern KY (within a 50 mile radius of Liberty Township) will incur a travel fee of $20.00.
